The Piano Button Desktop Water Dispenser sits on a countertop and dispenses hot (85–95 °C), warm, and cold (5–10 °C) water through three piano‑key style buttons. It is built with a 304 food‑grade stainless steel hot‑water tank, a 550 W heating element, and a 90 W compressor cooling circuit. The compact body measures 315 × 310 × 510 mm and weighs approximately 12 kg. Manufactured at Ningbo Aofukang Intelligent Technology Co., Ltd. in Cixi under ISO9001:2015 procedures, the unit carries CE, CB, and RoHS compliance. A child‑lock function is integrated into the hot‑water key.

The dispenser is operated by three mechanical piano‑key switches, each marked for hot, warm, or cold water. The keys give a distinct click and return to their neutral position when released. The hot‑water key includes a child‑lock slider; the slider must be pushed across before the key can be depressed, helping to prevent unsupervised access to hot water.
With a footprint of 315 × 310 mm, the AFK-118 occupies roughly the same counter area as a small microwave. It can be placed on a kitchen worktop, a side table in an office pantry, or a shelf in a break room. The top surface is flat and can hold a cup or a small tray. The housing is made from ABS plastic with a satin finish that resists fingerprints and can be wiped clean with a damp cloth.
The hot‑water circuit uses a 304 food‑grade stainless steel tank with a seamless interior. The material does not leach substances into the water and resists scale accumulation better than coated alternatives. A 550 W immersion heater raises the temperature to 85–95 °C, producing up to 8 litres of hot water per hour.
Two independent protection devices are built into the heating circuit: a float‑activated cut‑off that disconnects power if the water level drops too low, and an electronic thermostat that breaks the circuit if the tank overheats. This dual arrangement prevents dry‑burning and protects the heating element during continuous operation. A separate 90 W compressor provides the cold‑water loop, delivering water at 5–10 °C through a thermostat‑controlled cycle.
The AFK-118 works as a top‑loading bottled‑water dispenser. It accepts standard 3‑ or 5‑gallon bottles with a 55 mm neck. The bottle sits on top of the unit; a piercing valve opens the bottle as it is lowered into place. No electrical pump is needed because the water flows into the internal tanks by gravity.
Once a bottle is loaded, the hot and cold tanks fill automatically. The heating and cooling circuits can be switched on independently using the rocker switches on the back of the unit. The warm‑water faucet supplies water at room temperature from a bypass reservoir. The drip tray underneath the spouts slides out for emptying.
The AFK-118 is used in home kitchens, home offices, studio apartments, and small office pantries where counter space is limited but a full‑size floor dispenser is not practical. It is also placed in hotel rooms, dormitories, and waiting areas where a compact drinking‑water point is needed. The top‑load design means no plumbing connection is required; only a power socket is necessary.
Each AFK-118 is inspected before packing: water‑circuit leak test, electrical safety check (ground bond and insulation resistance), heating and cooling cycle verification, and visual quality review. Aofukang holds the certifications below, which apply to this model and can be supplied for import documentation.

The Cixi factory covers 7,153 m², runs 6 assembly lines, and produces over 300,000 units annually. In‑house injection moulding and tooling allow direct control over the ABS body and internal components. OEM customisation—colour, logo, packaging—is available with a minimum order quantity of 100 units.
A: The key caps can be pulled off for cleaning and are replaceable if a key ever becomes loose. Replacement key sets are stocked as spare parts.
A: Warm water is delivered at near room temperature and comes from a separate bypass line. It does not pass through the hot tank, so there is no mixing of heated and ambient water.
A: The clearance from the spout to the drip tray is approximately 16 cm. Most standard mugs and travel bottles fit without tilting. For taller containers, you can remove the drip tray to gain an extra 3 cm.
A: The AFK-118 is designed for bottled water. It can be paired with a countertop bottle‑filling pump fed by an under‑sink purifier, but this is not a factory‑supplied modification. The bottle seat is sized for 55 mm necks only.
